Family, Youth, and System Partner Round Tables (FYSPRT)

Great Rivers Regional FYSPRT.. Our mission is to develop and provide access to high quality, whole person care. Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties belong to Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization. We hope to improve the overall well-being in these counties by addressing the behavioral health needs of their communities.

Greater Columbia

Greater Columbia Behavioral Health is committed to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a model mental health system of care that incorporates principles and practices of managed care and maintains the public trust. GCBH is an entity formed by an inter-local agreement between Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Klickitat, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima Counties, each a county authority recognized by the Secretary of Department of Social and Health Services.

HY-FYVE  FYSPRT

Hi-Fyve is the regional Washington State Family, Youth and System Partner Round Tables (FYSPRT) name for Pierce County. They provide a forum for families, youth, systems, and communities to strengthen sustainable resources by providing community-based approaches to address the individual behavioral health needs of children, youth and families.

North Central WA FYSPRT

The NCWA FYSPRT is dedicated to bringing families and youths together in an equitable forum to share their experiences and thoughts on the behavioral health services they have received or are currently receiving.  In turn, those experiences and feedback are shared at the statewide level to help direct and give focus to current and future behavioral health related treatments and policies.  The NCWA FYSPRT meets the first Monday of the month in the evenings where a delicious dinner is provided to all participants and a modest gift card given to participating youth between the ages of 14 and 22 years of age. 

NCWA FYSPRT MISSION:

The mission of the NCWA FYSPRT is to provide an equitable forum to bring all voices together to improve and strengthen the behavioral health systems of youth, families, and system partners into one regional entity.

NCWA FYSPRT VISION:

The NCWA FYSPRT vision is to proactively influence and provide leadership to address challenges and barriers faced by the behavioral health service system for children, youth, and families in the Chelan, Douglas, and Grant Counties.

North Sound FYSPRT

The Youth and Family Coalition (YFC) is the regional FYSPRT for the North Sound area, welcoming members from Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan Counties.

Supports the community needs of youth, family, and system partners through collaboration, listening, and resource sharing. The YFC provides a forum to make connections with others in the community, offering validation and hope.

The Southwest Family Youth System Partner Round Table (FYSPRT) is a community-based group of youth, families, professionals and community members from Clark and Skamania counties who are passionate about making needed changes in the system of care that serves youth and families with complex mental health needs. Youth and families are equal partners at the table. The FYSPRT is a forum where you can share your experience and insight into creating a higher quality and more accessible system for families who are utilizing these important community resources.

Systems of Care Partnership for Mason Thurston Counties Regional FYSPRT. Through respectful partnerships, families, youth, systems and communities collaborate, influence, and provide leadership to address challenges and barriers by promoting cohesive behavioral health services for children, youth and families. The Mason Thurston System of Care Partnership provides an equitable forum for families, youth, systems, and communities to strengthen sustainable resources by providing community-based approaches to address the individualized behavioral health needs of children, youth and families.

King County Family & Youth Council – Members are leaders within family-led and youth guided youth organizations or programs representing  or serving different constituencies and communities.  Over time non-affiliated family and youth with deep experience in multiple systems and a desire to learn more about leadership and advocacy will be added to the Council.

Our philosophy of care is based on the Ten Fundamentals of Recovery; we believe in treating the whole individual, not just the illness. We also offer supportive services that enhance the effectiveness of mental health treatment. By offering this broad array of services, we help individuals achieve their full potential and improve their overall quality of life.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Washington provides governance, advocacy and fundraising support for the 22 NAMI affiliate offices, large and small, throughout the state. NAMI’s mission is to improve the quality of life for all those affected by mental illness. We do this by providing a statewide, unifying voice of advocacy and coordinating the delivery of education, support and recovery. NAMI Washington trains affiliate volunteers to teach and lead NAMI’s programs in their communities.

Passages is a consumer/family operated licensed community mental health agency that provides outpatient mental health services for individuals enrolled in the Spokane County Regional Support Network System of Care. Families, youth, and children living in Northeast Washington and facing mental health challenges are welcome at Passages, a peer support organization that strives to form healthy partnerships with clients by providing recovery-based support services, coordination of care, classes, and advocacy.

PAVE is a parent directed organization that works with families, individuals with disabilities, professionals and community members in all walks of life and with all types of disabilities. Since 1979, PAVE has provided information, training and support for over 1,000,000 individuals with disabilities, parents and professionals.

We are dads and male caregivers of children with emotional, behavioral, and mental health problems. We live the day to day challenges that come with raising our children. We know and understand that sometimes these challenges can be overwhelming and that not everyone understands what it’s like and that through a network of support and understanding we will be more successful in helping our children to succeed in life.
